Happy Birthday to Elaine!
I was originally gonna do this in Painter, but chickened out. Elaine and I have the same birthday! So I drew her character Lydia for her birthday (she drew Utena for me!! XD) I love Elaine’s character designs, and Lydia is my favourite !
