It’s funny to me that Rogue has always been one of my favorite characters, I’ve done 5 different Rogue outfits, but none of them have been the classic yellow/green suit, even though it’s always been at the top of my want list! Maybe one of these days… #xmencosplay #roguecosplay

Screw the algorithm I’m posting some old superhero costumes. I did a Dazzler costume back in 2004, I bought this bodysuit for a different character, and when it arrived it was TOTALLY not what it looked like online, more silver than black. So I was like… I can do a dazzler costume with it!! I made the collar, mask and sash, and spray painted my childhood skates. (I have no idea how I managed to squeeze my feet into those skates) Once I had it all together, I took these pics in my kitchen… and that was it, because I knew I couldn’t wear this to a con with the skates. I always planned to get some boots and make a new mask and wear it somewhere but never did.

I have no idea if I even still have it. I feel like I haven’t seen the bodysuit in a long time. It might be in a random costume pieces box somewhere. I definitely know I don’t have the skates anymore - after we moved 5 years ago I was unpacking a bin full of costume shoes, and discovered the wheels of skates had crumbled into dust 😹 I threw them away. RIP childhood skates 😭😭 I’ll post a video in memoriam to them in my story. #dazzlercosplay #xmencosplay

I was like - I’ve got to put a badass uniform wearing character in this, and my mind immediately went to Reba from the Kenobi series. This turned into one of my favs of the project. #starwarsart

Last of the Rey set and originally I was on the fence about including this look, but then I came across Vogue S-4742 from 1956 which just said “Rey” to me, and it felt like it completed the goal of each look being more formal than the last! #starwarsart
