We got home from Disney World Sunday night. I came home with a little bit of a cold thanks to the crazy weather, and also came home to a sick dog, so I haven’t had a chance to post til now.
Here’s a little recap!
We got in Tuesday around noon, picked up our car and headed to the hotel. This year we stayed at Disney’s Caribbean Beach resort which I really liked – I wasn’t sure about the rooms at first but I ended up really liking it. The staff was really great and they gave us Happy Anniversary pins when we checked in 🙂
I’ll post a bit more in-depth later, but-
Tuesday was Magic Kingdom, and downtown Disney at night.
Wednesday: Epcot all day!
Thursday: Magic Kingdom all day!
Friday: Magic Kingdom all day!
Saturday: Hollywood Studios in the morning, Epcot that afternoon/night.
Sunday: Magic Kingdom before we left to go home 🙁
All in all we rode/did: Monsters Inc Laugh floor (3 times), Haunted Mansion (3 times), People Mover (twice), Pirates of the Caribbean, Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin, It’s a Small World, Swiss family Treehouse, Under the Sea (which was cute, and broke down 3 times while we were in there, which I love because I can really look at everything LOL), and we rode the train twice. We ate at Cinderella’s Royal Table, Be Our Guest, Gaston’s Pub, Casey’s Corner, Cosmic Ray’s, Tomorrowland Terrace, Pinocchio Village Haus, and had a Dole Whip and a Mickey bar and a Mickey Ice cream sandwich 🙂
At Epcot we did Soarin and the new Test Track, ate at Le Cellier, Tutto Italia, and Rose and Crown, and had a croissant in france! And did a lot of shopping 🙂
At Hollywood I rode Tower of Terror twice, and we did Great Movie Ride and Toy Story Midway Mania and Star Tours. We ate at Starring Rolls for breakfast and Pizza Planet for lunch!
We met lots of characters too which is one of my fav things to do! We met Merida, Snow White & her Prince, Cinderella & her Prince, Rapunzel and Flynn, Aurora and Prince Phillip, Mickey and Minnie, Tiana and Naveen, Mary Poppins, Bert, and the penguins, Gaston, Ariel, Donald, Mulan, Chip and Dale, Frozone and Mr Incredible, Ralph and Vanellope, Mike and Sulley, Buzz Lightyear, Stitch, Tweedle-Dee and Tweedle-Dum, Woody and Jessie, Beast, Jasmine, an Army Man, Peter Pan, and Tinkerbell and Periwinkle.
I’m already trying to plan another trip in my head because it’s the only thing that is keeping me from being depressed that it went by so quickly 🙁
