So I heard back from the manager today. They're removing the charge, but it was charged to me because "someone who was supposed to be in my room didn't show up." W...T...F. After they put us through all that trouble showing our IDs and whatnot... I'm still not happy at all with the way I've been treated at this hotel. I'm calling corporate next.
